Yes — every new client needs a patch test at least 24 hours before treatment. It lets me check your skin response and set your personalised settings.
Most clients describe it as a quick, warm “elastic flick”. Treatments are fast, and I constantly adjust settings to keep you comfortable.
Most areas need 6–8 sessions, spaced 6–8 weeks apart. Hormonal areas may need a few top-ups.
Laser works best on dark hair. Blonde, grey or very light hair may not respond as well — I’ll assess this at your consultation.
Absolutely. Beard-line, neck, shoulders and chest are all popular areas, and settings are fully adapted for thicker hair.
Skin treatments
From pigmentation and acne to fine lines, wrinkles, rosacea, skin tags, freckles, and age spots, I design a plan around your skin. Treatments include Skin Rocks facials and targeted work with the Candela GentleMax Pro Plus.

Avoid active skincare, fake tan, sunbeds and sun exposure. After treatment, keep the area cool, avoid heat and skip the gym for 24 hours.
